At the doctoral level, an emphasis in Management and Organization is available through the Smeal Ph.D. Program. Our full-time, resident Smeal MBA Program, and the Smeal Executive MBA Program features coursework in management and leadership.

M&O Department Faculty Mentoring Program

The M&O Department Faculty Mentoring Program provides each assistant tenure-track professor (mentees) in the M&O Department access to an assigned senior tenured faculty member (mentors) who is devoted to facilitating the mentee’s development of the requisite professional skills and attitudes for personal, institutional, and career success. Arnold Scholarship Award

The Alan M. Cabelly Award

Through the generous support of Dr. Alan Cabelly, a Penn State alumnus and Professor Emeritus at Portland State University, The Alan M. Cabelly Award for Excellence in Human Resource Management recognizes a graduating senior who has been successful in their human capital studies and who has also contributed to the campus and community. The award is valued at $2,500.
